Hi!
I'm Jenny

I’m a Certified Professional Life Coach with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, and for years I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of the hardest and most transformative seasons of their lives.
But some of my deepest understanding didn’t come from a classroom.
Like many of the women I work with, I’ve experienced burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, family dysfunction, and the exhausting pressure to be everything for everyone else. I also know what it’s like to discover later in life that you’re neurodivergent, and how profoundly that realization can change the way you understand yourself.
For a long time, I thought growth meant becoming better at managing everything, holding more, and pushing through. What I began to understand instead was that healing was not about becoming someone new.
It was about coming home to who I had always been beneath the expectations, masking, fear, and conditioning.
That realization changed the way I saw myself, and eventually, the way I wanted to support others.
Today, I work with women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck at a crossroads. Many are highly sensitive, late-diagnosed autistic or ADHD, recovering people-pleasers, perfectionists, or simply women who have spent so much of their lives caring for everyone else that they are no longer sure what they need for themselves.
My coaching is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in both science and intuition. Together, we may explore nervous system regulation, self-trust, boundaries, limiting beliefs, values, identity, and the patterns that have kept you feeling small, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
It is to help you understand yourself more clearly, reconnect with your own inner voice, and create a way forward that feels grounded, honest, and true to you. I believe meaningful change happens when we feel deeply seen, safe enough to be ourselves, and supported in making choices that honor who we truly are.
My goal is not to tell you who to become.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me creating mosaics, reading tarot, spending time in nature, enjoying quiet moments with my husband, or hanging out with my two cats, Magic and Cici.
I’m someone who values curiosity, reflection, creativity, and continuing to understand myself more deeply too.
If you’re longing to feel more grounded, more authentic, and more at home within yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
